I’ve heard from a few that PPL is the best split. If it is let me know. I’m trying to get the best gym routine I can possibly have.

If it is the best split would it go P, P, L, rest, P, P, L?

One last thing, what are the best workouts for PPL

The recovery time between certain muscle groups is different for example chest and shoulders ---> certain parts will lack behind making the split bad. Why bother training legs. You can t properly hit biceps and back on the same day.

So is FBEOD better?

What is UL?
Upper Lower.

PPL isn't an inheritably bad split, but it requires you to go 6x a week with only 1 rest day. I don't train legs because i'm amazingly genetically gifted with massive legs so I only hit upper, so 2 sessions and I would have done the same amount of volume you did in 4.

What would you recommend, FBEOD or UL. I’d say I’m pretty mid or a little bit above mid in all aspects

I mean when i'm on a cut I prefer doing PPL because the sessions are shorter.

I do Upper when im maingaining, since sessions on upper are like an hour long. I don't personally like spending 2 hours in the gym doing FBEOD just so I can go to the gym 1-2 less.

FBEOD requires a lot more energy because of that aspect. So it's really up to you but if your new to the gym I'd start with U/L

I’m not necessarily new, been going for over a year but most definitely not consistently due to motivation issues.

Just started a cycle so that’s giving me confidence boost. I did some looking into UL and I’ll stick with it for now but thanks!

Why bother training legs.
Typical average retard mentality.

Training legs stimulates Testosterone production.

Strong legs drive power through your entire body, especially in the context of combat sports.

Honestly bro, I couldn't even tell you.

It actually irritates me if I'm being honest.

All this gymcel cope and all these fucking dudes think it's corny to train legs.

That sort of mentality is why they're fucking complete and utter losers.

I'd literally fracture and potentially snap their fucking shinbone with 2-3 100% force low kicks, low-T fags.

They are just making themselves weak and unbalanced. All because they are too lazy to actually train hard, because training legs is fucking hard.

Training legs is the only time I can guarantee with 100% certainty that I'll come close to fainting every time. It fucks you up compared to other muscle groups.

Yeah the CNS fatigue is not pleasant

SLDLs are what fuck me up the most

I run every single fucking day of my life. So that cumulative fatigue is just apart of my life at this point.

I had to stop squatting because of posterior issues. Lower back's all fucked up. I haven't squatted in months dude, for heavy leg lifts I can only do leg press real heavy.

I'm working on posture though and plan to be squatting again next year. I look forward to getting into deadlifts too.

No it’s not the best objectively. But you will make good gains while doing it

If we’re talking objectively, then FBeod is the best

Yeah man totally you want an V taper not the X frame bodybuilder cope if you want to train lower body it should be calve dominant but big quads is not dimorphic what so ever and testoerone due to some leg muscles is cope tbe amount of test released from training is minimal actual changes to your testosterone will be through diet and lower bodyfat bonus if you skip legs you can train more upper body recover better. You don t like foids with veiny forearms and broad shoulders so why would it be any different for men

Skipping legs does not allow you to recover better or train more frequently. I'm able to train 2.3x frequency doing U/L that wouldn't change if I didn't train legs.

Also your part about "You don't like foids with veiny arms and broad shoulders so why would it be any different for a man" makes zero sense. Its almost like male and female dimorphism is different.
