Is quitting porn even worth it and possible long term?
Every time I went on nofap noporn for a week or two, my addiction just came in stronger than ever. I dont even think it is possible to for me to ever quit long term. Once you consume that much porn from a young age, your brain is wired to it for ever. Also sex is everywhere now, you will be so tempted. Idk
I think porn maybe did some damage for me, but it most likely wont do more damage even if I continue.

Also the benefits of nofap are really pseudoscience, all real doctors say it is fine and actually healthy. Idk

Next time I will try to stop porn but continue to fap, maybe this is more doable.

Well science acutally says there is. It reduces stress for sure and also it is healthy for your heart, prostate and so on. Also fapping is natural, a lot of other animals like monkeys also do it. So idk...

I have been fapping to porn since 14 like 1-2 years ago I decided its enough and I need to stop, I used to quit it for some time and then watch again but recently I have quitted it completely and for real this time, theres no point in using hardcore porn when you can fap to just women alone, dont believe some articles paid by pornhub that its healthy its not, everytime I have stopped it my erections became stronger and easier to achieve so definitely that is a good reason to quit it
