Ye I only gonna start that and walk more eat less. All this time I’ve been eating whatever I want thinking of reducing stress hormone

I am starting to think that cortisol is extremely important for weight gain / loss. Calories in / out is a meme
 
Cardio is good for quality of life tho. Gym is more important for looksmaxing.
 
Only diet is good for losing weight. Everything else is cope.

Walking is underrated for losing weight. Just install one of those app that count steps and calories. 4 hours of walk are approx 1000 calories, more or less the same than 4 hours of weightlifting
