coping with side effects Reta and mt1 are the safest compounds to take if dosed proper take 0,5mg of Reta a week for 2 weeks then 1mg for 4 weeks up it again by 0,5 over 4 weeks etc and mt1 just take it nasal 2x a day

If your still in puberty, then definitely don't take Reta because you would be making yourself not eat the fuel that your body needs to grow but if you are past puberty and can't grow anymore then take it and with mt1 you might get a few moles but its a lot better than mt2 and also looks more natural.
