Well, youre exaggerating with 99%... more like 15% complication rate, with most of it being aesthetic problems, and breathing problems. But 85% do not need any revision.

However, yes, rhinoplasty at 15% is one of the most botched surgeries. The only type ofsurgery that can be more botched is implants.

I was obviously being hyperbolic but rhinos have the most potential to look uncanny, you can always take out implants

Yep lot of people don't get their desired result. Even top rhino surgeons fuck up a lot. It's such a complex surgery because there's so many different angles and more at play.

Most people don't know what they're doing regarding cosmetic surgeries and get stupid things like fat removal or brow lifts. Or worse they're constantly on filler and botox repair (which aren't exactly surgeries but whatever). It's up to you to decide what will be the best option for you. The surgeons are just doing their job/what you paid them to do
