I’m just concerned about the protrusion of how it sticks out of my face. Honestly the morph by MagicalWaves in this thread looks pretty good to me. Especially if it can fix how it sticks out in my side profile

you already have low facial convexity, the protrusion is balanced imo, decreasing would make your face look flatter

Okay thanks. I’m getting a Lefort operation done when I’m the right age too so hopefully that will help with my maxilla issues. Should I do rhinoplasty when I get that done or would that be too much?

Can you tell me a lil bit about your goals with hardmaxxing and what exactly you are trying to achieve? And what do you imagine your life after the surgeries and the recovery?

Honestly just being more confident and feeling better myself. Hopefully after a few surgeries I can make more friends and enjoy life while I’m young a little bit more.

Yeah you might legitimately be low iq if you think your face is what is holding you back from enjoying life. Realistically, facially this is the best you are going to look in your life, after a few years, when aging rapes your collagen and hair, you're gonna lose your twinkish (in a good way) looks and descend hard. You will look back at your pics from now and let's just say it will sting a little when thinking about all the missed opportunities.

What's holding you back is probably lack of height or autism or something else which face surgeries won't fix. And even if it improved your face a little, you will face years in recovery while looking like a swollen piece of shit. And if you have to pay for the surgery it will set you back years if you are not rich.

Besides, surgery should really be used to fix failos, doing it just to give yourself halos is retarded and often doesn't work, like in your case having a smaller nose would make you look worse imo, it certainly does look balanced now and fits your face. And trust me I know, I myself am getting septorhinoplasty soon.

I mean it’s really just a problem I have with myself. I get told I’m attractive a lot but I don’t see that very often in myself. I’m 6’2, all As, rich family, and not autistic. I’m trying to fix my failos of a shit hairline and recessed maxilla. I’m just trying to get a good idea if rhino would be the move. Probably not gonna happen tho especially if I’m already getting Lefort
