Because chicken is low fat I add pieces of bacon and cook with a lot of butter to increase the fat content and add a little bit of cheese to it, high protein, high fat, moderate to high carb diet is law for hormones and function

No, beef is pretty heavy, I’d use beef more often if it lasted longer and could be prepared better with rice

Its kinda more bad than good, but if your pair it with some butter then its neutral. Note it can contribute to glycation
