Is running good for leanmaxxing and leg definition

I dont train legs in the gym, is running good to lower bf and get better legs (esp calves)

Am aiming for this physique and dont want big thighs but good calves
 
Just do bodyweight squats

That shit boring i cant do it for more than 10 minutes plus it doesnt leanmaxx meanwhile I can run 1h30 with music

I recommend you run and commit vandalism all around your city

sprint around blocks after committing vandalism and go to the next spot to do some graffiti

climb huge fences/walls and trespass to do even more graffiti. do this all day to burn maximum calories

Yeah sure start running 2 miles and work your way up to 8 or 9
 
Yeah it’s good, try start on grass or the treadmill instead of hard concrete
 
Yes. I assume you mean defined calves, since runners do not have big calves. But if that is all you do then you will end up looking like a long distance runner. Not like the guy in the OP. Dah.

Yeah this what I was afraid of and why I asked, I guess I should do high intensity sprints and not run too long
