Don't get SARPE, it is 100% a meme procedure unless your maxilla is so narrow they cannot do a segmental lefort and you need SARPE first. They make the same incision they make for lefort, so it will loosen the ligaments that anchor your nose to your face and your nose will get wider. But you won't get ANY of the midfacial benefits of MSE. MSE widens your nose, but that's because it widens the nasal aperture.

so would sarpe have any effect on ipd for example? and would it split the palatal suture?
