I think they only do normal palatal expansion and SARPE in my country no MSE so would getting SARPE be worth it for upper jaw expansion or it doesn't do any good for your face

with mse the area that connects the maxilla and the cheekbones isnt cut so it widens ur cheekbones and increases fwhr while with sarpe this is severed so it only make palate wider
