Is SARPE/MSE worth it?

I have a narrow palate and thinking of going for one of these two. But does having a wider palate even bring significant significant change to your looks or is it just a functional thing and I should just get Bimax?

depends on your age. I got mine at 28 and having failures, I will be getting my 3rd MSE next week. Its not guaranteed to work even with corticopuncture.

You are right altough even if you are over 25 it is still worth to try it atleast. Ronaldead manage to split his suture and got very good results and he was 1 year older then you when he did it

True, but you also have to consider how long it takes too, with my failures Ive only gotten 2 mm expansion in 1 year and you have to also consider finances too. Can you do MSE and any other procedures that follow? MSE wont help in lack of foreward growth, at best facemask is only said to give a couple of mm protraction.

I wouldnt be able to afford bimax or be able to take time off so MSE was my only option.

I'm 18 so it should be alright. Biggest problem i see is that there aren't a lot of doctors that do it in europe
