i'd consult with an ortho or a maxillofacial surgeon to know for sure , this is not a simple matter , while i do think it's a great solution for crowding , you gotta put into account the cost and the aesthetic result , for example is your crowding severe ? if not then it's absolutely unnecessary in my opinion

Yes bro its fucked and the only ortho near me wanted to take out 4 pre molars snd all my wisdom teeth glad I didn’t. Someone said bimax would that do much for my situation? I can send a photo of my teeth when I find the photos I had saved I also had X-rays

wisdom teeth extraction is not a problem if you're fully grown , but pre molars are the biggest looksmin there is , you've done a good decision by avoiding this retard doctor , it's tough having no good orthos near you cause you'd need to do frequent visits for adjustments , as for bimax you can send me pictures in PM and i'll give you my personal opinion if you need it or not
