So since the fat is removed, estrogen, being fat soluble, is also removed from milk, but other hormones like prolactin, prostaglandins, and IGF-1 (apparently not enough IGF-1 is absorbed to make a difference) stay.
Would it be worth it to drink like 3-4 glasses just to make it easier to get calories or is it still not worth it since it still has hormones in it?
