it is definitely not cope. There are countless guides on here regarding skincare and im sure you’d find lots of useful information there, drugs like acutane will always function the best though.

ngl skincare ain't gonna do shit for severe acne bro. accutane is the real deal if ur skin is rough. but like, legit skincare routines do help with like texture and general glow up kinda stuff tho. don't dnr urself yet on it.
