I've been doing a little research and have come up with this stack that I'm going to start using in the future. I also can't afford Isotretinoin because it's so expensive in my country.

- Dutasteride 1 mg eod

- Adapalene 0.1% gel

- Benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel

- Madecassoside 1% cream

just use tret and azelic acid instead of this. just bloated with iffy compounds.

I wish I could be all like "JFL DNR Retard" but man just drop all of that, get on 10mg accutane > 20mg > up into 40mg if it still hasn't cleared by that time, upping dosage once a month.

Dutasteride not needed unless you're done w/ puberty and just want hair growth. For acne alone, accutane is enough, dutasteride has negligible effects pre/post or during accutane.

I heard that adapalene is slightly better for acne because it seems to focus more on RAR-alpha, which is more associated with acne formation, so I may get the same anti-acne effect as tretinoin without the side effects.

nah i used to think that to. once you try it you will understand it is softer. especially if you try tret 0.5% or 1%
