is skincare cope?

At first I started with CeraVe and vitamin C serum (3 years back). I dont really know if it did anything and I started breaking out so badly. After this I started to not use it and eat good food and somehow my skin is better but I still dont know if some sunscreen is cope or not or like moisturizer when im doing lymphatic drainage cause i can not because of my dry skin

Having good skin is a good halo but it ain’t gonna change your face structure but it is good for overall looks

the only thing that works is cleansers (obviously) moisturizers and sunscreen. Everything else is throwing your money down the toilet
