I get about 6h 20 min of sleep
 
that’s not enough and if your in puberty you should be aiming 8-10
 
But like what are the down sides, why is it bad
growth hormone secretion happens in deep sleep, so at the late parts, neglecting that will basically make you produce less GH
Your performance is reduced massively and your hormones get fucked

Also, what kind of retarded question is this? an 8 year old can answer this question

If you are bad at sleeping start taking magnesium bisgylcinate or melatonin if its really that bad
1,9 mg Melatonin helped me so much to sleep. I dont have bad sleep, I have a lot of problems with getting to sleep and melatonin saved my ass

wouldnt 1.9 be a high dose? i mean your body produces like .4mg, i never understood why doses are so high especially the fact that some tablets are 10 MG.

Yeah we have 10 mg at home but I dunno. Bruh hahah I took 3,8 mg yesterday but today imma go with 1,9 mg. I dont know if 1,9 is high
