I do this pretty often but nap during the day. As long as you're getting your hours in.

How do you not sleep long if you're NEET?
dunno, i just keep waking up every day earlier than i want to and i can't go back to sleep once i am awake. It's brutal, health issues i think, i used to sleep 9 hours and felt fresh but these days like 7 hours on average or 8 if i'm lucky. Still feel like shit though, no rem deep sleep or anything, think i need to start taking magnesium and melatonin. All my sleep issues started during/after ramadhan, by the final week of the month i was going to bed at 9-11am and waking up 6-7pm right before the fast opened, but then my sleep just got fucked hard when i tried to reset my sleeping schedule by waking up the following day after few hours of sleep.

My sleep schedule is usually in cycles. I go to sleep usually 3-4 hours every day until it resets, and breaks again. I've never had a normal sleep schedule since school.

i actually don't often get a good 8 hours sleep. usually 6.5-7. i'm the type of person who can't function properly without a good 8 hours of sleep minimum which i'm not getting these days. you nap during the day, maybe i should try that.

10+ hour sleeping is oversleeping
It can be a sign of health disseases

For me personally, i always wakeup after 8 hour but now that i am in a stresfull environnement (stress, it might be the cause of smh else idk....) i wakeup after 11/12 hour

Its depend on the person i would say

Yes and especially if you get less than 7 hrs of sleep. Once I ssrimaxxed sleep was never an issue and I could sleep whenever I needed.
