dunno, i just keep waking up every day earlier than i want to and i can't go back to sleep once i am awake. It's brutal, health issues i think, i used to sleep 9 hours and felt fresh but these days like 7 hours on average or 8 if i'm lucky. Still feel like shit though, no rem deep sleep or anything, think i need to start taking magnesium and melatonin. All my sleep issues started during/after ramadhan, by the final week of the month i was going to bed at 9-11am and waking up 6-7pm right before the fast opened, but then my sleep just got fucked hard when i tried to reset my sleeping schedule by waking up the following day after few hours of sleep.How do you not sleep long if you're NEET?

My sleep schedule is usually in cycles. I go to sleep usually 3-4 hours every day until it resets, and breaks again. I've never had a normal sleep schedule since school.
