is sleeping late (2-3 am) actually bad for you when you're still growing (15-16-17 etc.)

if u get enough sleep, most teens stay up till 2-3am, its a biological thing, its hard to fight, thats why most people only fix their sleeping schedule for a few weeks

obviously but aslong as you get rem sleep its usually fine

Yes, but it's not the end of the world.

Ideally, you want to sleep within your body's natural circadian rhythm, sleeping when the sun is down and waking up when it's rising. When you sleep in alignment with your circadian rhythm, it enhances your sleep quality, which boosts growth hormone, the holy grail of looksmaxxing hormones :feelsohh::feelsohh:

But your top priority should be getting eight hours of quality sleep anyway as a teen; it's just a lot easier and more effective to do that when you're working with your body's natural rhythm:feelsokman:
