sleeping on the floor is actually better for spinal alignment and posture because a soft mattress causes your pelvis to sink and ruins your lower back curvature

also boyo gravity works exactly the same at 2 feet off the ground as it does at 0 feet bro elevation doesnt change your sleep quality
