I’ve heard that sleeping on my back is better for facial assymetry and it helps align spine better. But I’ve never been able to sleep like that ever. Like it’s so hard. What are some suggestions to start successfully sleeping on my back every night without it being uncomfortable?

fetal position is most optimal
Is The Fetal Position The Best For Sleep?

something like this is good you don't need that pillow in between you. Sleeping solely on back is uncomfortable and something you gotta force yourself to do. Don't stress about sleeping just count sheep.

acctualy? but like dosent spine better align on your back. idk i guess il have to try out both of these sleeping postions
Not really, and it's also difficult to breathe in that position, so yeah sleeping on your sides is better.

really? it should be easier to sleep on side. your legs don't have to be perfectly stacked on each other they can be crossed and whatever if that's what making it hard

i mean you could rotate during the night if you need but it shouldn't be often. Monitor what ur doing before bed like fruits or phone or too little/much food or whatever

Knees also don’t always have to be tucked all the way in. A slight bend is ok

Sleeping on back is cope. Your assymetries are structural and won’t get fixed ever from sleeping on one of your sides. There might be temporary inflammation on the side you sleep on but if you rotate sides during your sleep like most people do then it will be fine. Anyways assymetries are rarely noticeable by normies unless they’re very very very severe.

I sleep on my back mostly due to back pain when sleeping on the side and yes I have tried every pillow position between my knees.

What really helped me sleeping on my back was taking sleeping meds to sleep on back and now I can sleep on back. If u do surgery I believe u must sleep on back so train now
