Is small hands sign of low bone age?

My dad has very big hands compared to me, same as my mom and uncles or other relatives. Same on wrists. I have already heightmogged most of them tho.
Is this a sign of low bone age?

It has to be according to what I have researched. Hands are the first thing that stop in growth in human body bones.
If hands are small than that means they still have capacity to grow, so other bones will grow at the same time. My hands are smaller than my littler brothers hands and my mothers hands, so may there still be hope. Idk there is no research that doubts what I have said
