Me too, idk if that’s because people who have high T feel the need to smoke cigs in a way to fit a stereotype or whatever, but I don’t really see how harming your body is gonna boost test in any way

i don’t think its that much of a difference, ive been smoking since like 2023 and there is practically no difference in test
People use the logic that it lowers stress and thats why you have a temporarily spike in free test

It is. Research shows that cigarette smokers have higher testosterone on average than non cigarette smokers

However smoking is probably bad for your T long term
