Like kbj said, varies. Different types of SPF, some leech into the skin, may cause hormonal issues, some are less or more effective. But there is one truth above all and it's that if you don't want to be a wrinkly lizard at 30, put on some sunscreen, don't believe me? IRL, find some wrinklehead and ask him how often he used SPF in his youth.

Spf is straight chemicals, don’t use it
