Sprinting melts fat, increase HGH and test release, builds your legs like a tank and takes very little time. I woulnd't be surpirsed if it gives you face gains too

If you are not doing sprints you are cucking yourself

How? Increased HGH release would result in aging slower
All the shaking and wobbling of soft tissue that is going on during sprinting basically neglects the HGH release completely. Its also bad for joints. Walking for same amount of time >>>>> sprinting.

Quick sprint and cardio right after I wake up is pretty relaxing and gets me in a good mood. Not sure about insane benefits but deffo relaxing to do
