Go on a 10 week cut cycle and start off with 200 calorie deficit while keeping protein surplus and then increase the calorie deficit by 200 every 2 weeks example is like
first 2 weeks : 200 calorie deficit
second 2 weeks : 400 calorie deficit
and so on
on a plan that i gave you you can lose way more than 5kg, if you do everything properly and incorporate cardio (Not intense, cardio as in incline treadmill at settings like 15/3.5).
