Is sulfate shampoo bad? I've been using sulfate free shampoo and my hair doesn't feel clean after showers (like here, looks greasy asf).

I used head n shoulders shampoo again, and my hair felt properly clean.

Also do I need to use conditioner? I hate how it feels. I saw someone say u only apply to the very ends(I can get past that), and some who apply it all over their hair except scalp.

Do you have a dry scalp? Cos my scalp is more on the oilier side.
