but doesn't people from countries with more sun usually age better,It helps block out the uv rays which damage the skin
so how old should u be to use itIts legit but depends on how young you begin to use it and on your skin genetics.
At least as soon as you turn 17-18.so how old should u be to use it
What about wearing a hat?At least as soon as you turn 17-18.
Bellow those ages your skin is still not damaged by the sun.
I have shit skin genetics due to my father, and I began applying sunscreen everyday since 2018. I used to apply less consistently than now, but I'm 23 and some people say I look 20 or even 19. Small actions over long periods of time are worth it, it may not seem now because you still have collagen, but its gonna make a big difference a few years ahead, especially in regards to nasolabial folds if you don't have a good upper maxilla like me.
Just apply a 50 spf sunscreen every 2 h everyday for the rest of your life. Theres no other way.
Oh oh oh... Due to stress, starvation, sun bathing like a retard my face skin is shit, and I'm 17. Most of the damage was done between 14-16.Bellow those ages your skin is still not damaged by the sun.
No, the UV radiation can still suffer reflection in ordinary objects. If your eyes would be able to perceive UV radiations, with a hat on you would still see them, therefore they can still cause some damage even if the hat blocks a part of it.What about wearing a hat?
