I always think I look way better with tan in my face and fresher

It helps block out the uv rays which damage the skin

Its legit but depends on how young you begin to use it and on your skin genetics.

so how old should u be to use it
At least as soon as you turn 17-18.

Bellow those ages your skin is still not damaged by the sun.

I have shit skin genetics due to my father, and I began applying sunscreen everyday since 2018. I used to apply less consistently than now, but I'm 23 and some people say I look 20 or even 19. Small actions over long periods of time are worth it, it may not seem now because you still have collagen, but its gonna make a big difference a few years ahead, especially in regards to nasolabial folds if you don't have a good upper maxilla like me.

Just apply a 50 spf sunscreen every 2 h everyday for the rest of your life. Theres no other way.

What about wearing a hat?

Oh oh oh... Due to stress, starvation, sun bathing like a retard my face skin is shit, and I'm 17. Most of the damage was done between 14-16.

No, the UV radiation can still suffer reflection in ordinary objects. If your eyes would be able to perceive UV radiations, with a hat on you would still see them, therefore they can still cause some damage even if the hat blocks a part of it.

Ah shit I'll think about it.
I might just use some basic sunscreen made of Zinc with zero other ingredients
those chemicals have been tested, I doubt it causes dysfunctions like infertility and such over long time intervals.

If so, I would have felt the effects of it. Its a 1000 times worse being alone for example than putting sunscreen.
