I've seen many articles that say weightlifting leads to a growth stunt, but there is a very minimal study and evidence supporting it. does weightlifting increase test too? my facial bone structure is not the best ( not the worst either ). I've gotten advice from people to take vitamin K2-D3 and calcium supplements to maximize bone cell production. Please give any other suggestions regarding this topic. Thank you.:Comfy:

just focus on your diet, if you really want to workout do some calisthenic excercises

try sprint or calisthenics, it's much better than gymcelling

if you eat right, do stretches, don't overtrain or cause injuries, its okay. if you scared just do other kind of sport

bro go to the gym and stop listening to stupid ppl, my only regret is that i didn't start earlier. DO NOT overtrain at young age tho, for example no deadlifts or heavy squats. Just use weights you feel comfortable with and if you can go with someone older and more experineced, not retarded friend who is obsessed with PRs.

scared? what is there to be scared of lifting objects? every other sport has more risks than gym

there is a reason why he asking this, as someone who visited a gym at younger age its might be a little awkward

same as being new in a boxing gym or football club can be, but as soon as you realize everyone is there to focus on themselves makes it much less anxiety enduring.
