Is taking too much antioxidant harmful?

I take nac600 and 400 iu vitamin e daily.

Can I take this for years? Is this overdose? Let those who have experience enlighten me.

as long as you dont overdose it roughly you will be fine and yes you can use it forever i dont think its possible to build a tolerance to antioxidants(atleast i dont know)
