I can imagine that all the constant bluetooth or gps signalling isnt that healthy so near your body. I have a digital Garmin watch and want to use it again to set alarms for each day of the week which I wouldnt be able to do with an analog watch which only has 1 alarm. Yes I could use my phone but that not so practical as with a watch.

1. Is wearing digital watches bad?
2. If yes, are there any other ways to set multiple alarms once on a device besides a digital watch?

Hi, computer science student here, based off what I know, bluetooth and gps don't do anything to you, it is non ionizing radiation which means it literally can't damage your cells or dna jfl. if you're still paranoid (which is normal and ok) about the signals...
No, your digital watch isn't going to do much, you're surrounded by bluetooth and GPS signaling everywhere you go anyways
Real you forget that sometimes but still just cuz others do it doesnt mean that i have to put even more radiation in my life. I will do some research on bluetooth anyways
Thanks
