I've taken mega-doses of vitamin D before...I've only noticed more teeth calculus buildup...

Just take 10k IU there's no need for that much D3 unless you want to manually inject T. Remember when you manually inject T your balls stop producing T cuz our bodies are fucking stupid.

+ why would you ingest that much d3 in one single day for 1 week's worth of it? that's like me eating 1400g protein on sunday cuz 200g protein per day = 1400 per week. just take it daily like a sane individual

All the mainstream experts say 1000IU a day is reccomened and that you should not exceed 4000IU. I don't want listen to incels telling me to megadose on pills.

if you're literate enough to read why then you'll know any more is just useless waste in your body. Even if you don't receive any negative effects, you'll hit plateau after a certain dosage and it won't matter how much you take.

+ 95% of this forum is incels trying to ascend, all chads don't need d3 supp because they have it naturally.

I take 10k ius daily with potassium and never had an issue with calcium buildup. Experts will tell you to only take 1000ius because they dgaf about your health and want you to have repeat visits and rely on their jew meds. If I don't dose for a few days ill feel really low T/low energy

It's a mega cope. Vitamin D is fat soluble so you don't need to megadose it. Also vitamin D pills are not bioavailable because it's not sulphated. Go get some sun instead.

Getting sun is terrible for collagen and impossible while vampiremaxxing though. Darker skinned people really do benefit from vitamin D3, you're probably right about not megadosing it (60k is overkill)
 
Ye i just got prescribed 60k iu from doc due to deficiency. Best bet is to take it as the purpose of it being prescribed is to increase back to normal range and then lower it to high optimal IU's.

If no changes occur likely a liver issue or another body part crucial for vitamin d

Just wear sunscreen to limit the damage. I think the trade off is worth it.

done my research now, 10,000IU should be safe in almost all circumstances but 50,0000IU might be too much

Fuck I just realised that’s probably what’s causing my teeth to get plaque within one week of a hygiene cleaning despite brushing regularly

There have been many clinical trials and the best results were between 4000IU and 10,000IU; any more than this and you're likely hitting plateau unless you have SEVERE Vitamin D3 deficiency.
