I had this problem for a high minute. I remember talking in the mirror to observe and wow my self-esteem PLUMMETEDDDD I wanted to kill myself. Thought I looked like a fucking freak. Safe to say it will naturally go away with time but if I were you to speed up that process sit down in front of a mirror for 10 minutes daily and just fucking talk bruh. Read a book repeat lyrics I don't care. Keep going until you are talking without effort while talking with both sides of lips lol
