I know they say it has phytoestrogens and all that shit but
the same guys will buy 2 Litres of bottled water, and in 2 days that shit degrades to microplastics

If you're in the UK, tap water is safe enough. It’s regulated and usually clean. Yeah, there are trace amounts of hormones and PFAS, but nothing catastrophic unless you’re drinking gallons daily. Bottled water is not the fix either. Microplastics leach in fast, especially if the bottle sits in warm places. Both have flaws. Best move is to get a solid home filter and call it a day.
