Is Telemisartan + Eplerenone safe ?

I recently started taking telemisartan since i'm on test and my BP has increased a little, i'm taking 40mg and its enough but i'm also bloated because of HGH

Now can i take like 25mg eplerenone ?, could that be dangerous because because of hyperkalemia and kidney damage and how likely is it to happen on doses i mentioned

Of course i would be taking some dietary precautions but is that enough ?

whatever, the two you mentioned are safe, though eplerenone is generally less safe compared to telmisartan
