Taking testosterone, especially at a young age, can have lifelong effects on brain and body function. There's no "one-and-done" cycle, you'll need it indefinitely, suppressing natural production. Beyond fertility loss, it risks mood swings (irritability, aggression, depression), blood clots, heart issues, prostate growth, and gynecomastia in men with normal levels. Is it really worth it...

Who said there's no "one-and-done" cycle?

You don't necessarily need it indefinitely, if you do a proper PCT (after a 12-20 week cycle) you'll prob come back to at least 90% of your pre-cycle test lvls.

Now if you plan on doing multiple cycles, then yea, the best approach is blast n' cruise, and the chances of you needing TRT for life are higher.

if u do a pct ur gonna lose majority of your gains and suffer psychologically from the test tank

yeah, you'll def lose some gains.

But you'll also keep some, like 50-70% as long as you keep being consistent after cycle.

When it comes to the psychological suffering, that will happen but only during a short period of time, 2-3 weeks after you start your PCT you'll start feeling fine again.
