Is the 3l of water stuff just cope

I mean it's all just bones, diuretics and bodyfat right? Or is the water stuff actually real for debloat, obviously I'm gkn a keep drinking 3l cause its just good for tho.

Not cope. When you're dehydrated your body retains more water (making you bloated) because it doesn't want you to die. When you have excess water your body knows it clearly doesn't need to hold on to any because it is abundant, so you just piss or sweat it all out. Potassium accelerates this by enabling your body to transport water out of cells faster. Sodium slows this down by sucking water into cells.

its cope its literaly just water it does nothing if you would eat good diet you don't have to drink water at all, i try eat as healthy as posible and i drink like i maybe 2 glasses a day bcs i get hydrated from food

i have 2l jug near me that i can drink in like are hour, you would be shocked if i would calculate how much i actually drink
2-3L is optimal anything above is unnecesarry

your kidney can only process 1 litre of water max a hour, its better for you and your kidneys to drink 1 litre max a hour, but I still think its not a big deal to have 2 its just better to avoid that

also watch out for water intoxication if youre fatigued all the time or have other symptoms that is why
