yes there are a few clinical studies and many anecdotes. Max gain imo is around 1 inch. Then again I haven't started so it could be more.

Well i still have my doubts about this. If this actually worked, i would have expected PE forums/subs to go crazy about it if it really gives you an inch, every guy would be doing it. I'll give the studies a read if i can find them but still don't think it's that effective.

Not the average normie, the PE obsessed autists on PE forums/subs will for sure have done this if there was any substance to it. I just don't think it works or the results are insignificant.

I think because the results take months to achieve the excitement dies down after a while. Most people cant even see an inch difference with their own eyes unless they measure
