Is it true if I just completely give up on skincare (including gentle cleansers), naturally my body will just "adjust" my sebum production? I've been struggling with acne since sophomore year and I've tried almost every skincare product and treatment possible (accutane included) and I still have acne. For context, 2 weeks ago I tried Anua's Niac Serum and the green foaming cleanser they have and I'm 50% sure that's what caused me to flare up.

If I just go full no skincare, will my skin barrier naturally heal itself?

Have a good diet and use isotretinoin + benzoyl peroxide + a moisturizer
