Yes, but it depends on some factors to determine an actual issue. If self rating, smv and understanding how looks impact your life, relatively to your goals are all accurate, then the actual issue is the looks. If any of those are inaccurate (lower than it actually is for self rating and smv and higher for social impact), then this could be a mental issue.
