he said that I need to first solve my nose when my craniofacial development is complete and then expand my palate, which is exactly the opposite of what I believe, not to mention that the gains obtained during development are much greater, what is the logic of the argument his? wtf

hmm in that case he probably thinks you have breathing problems in which case fixing nose should come first, but your problem isnt medical but rather cosmetical

i have functional problems like septum sleep apnea and my adenoids are swollen as fuck

yeah thats why he is saying do your nose first lol, fixing lower third wouldnt impact adenoid or maybe even obstruct it. look where the adenoid is located and you will see

so basically is
adenoids,palate expander,septum in this order?
Expansion is fast and easy. You can get a MARPE and will feel better and will enlarge the nasal passage. This will make adenoid surgery easier.

but it is not as important as not doing septum before expansion

it seems like a good idea, I'm going to look for an orthodontist and see if I can
