Is the Gua Sha worth it to make your face more defined ? Is lymphatic drainage even real?

ive seen that video and he looks slightly different after first use although he is probably biting down on his cheeks. I know it is supposed against lymphatic fluid. How common even is that kind of bloating for young people?
