Is the lycopene/astaxanthin combo suppose to give a sligthly blushed look?

Am I doing it right? I am pretty sure my face looks a little more "flushed" after a little over 2 weeks of taking 30mg astax and 60mg lyco of each everyday. It is not an extreme difference or anything, so it might just be placebo (my imagination).
