just got to weigh out the roi bro and be smart about it, or could get filler to not have anything permanent. some people in here will say thats cope. but its a good way to see a basis of what you want and what u would look like. dont recommend long term usage though tbh.

Depends, and how much do you want it and need it,with some surgeries the recovery is brutal and it takes more that a year until everything is healed ,there is also a risk of getting botched and also there is a chance altough a small one of being blind or brain injury if something goes very wrong,also its very costy,You're going to need to pay the surgery,pay the traveling , hospital stay and I would advise you to pay private caretaker if you do some extreme surgeries since nurses don't give a damn and will make it 100% also the pain is extreme,and lastly don't try to look like that in the first picture,trust if you try to replicate that you'll look uncanny and botched , although I never went through any of cosmetic surgeries I heard from a lot of people who did it and it looks basically as I described it.
