no, but there is a correlation between motor skills and being able to untie things fast. motor ability isn't really linked to intelligence though because some severe (like nonverbal & shitting in diapers tier) autists still have good motor skills.

Probably because it's still pattern recognition depending on the intensity of knots or what your untangling

If it's more than a simple movement or two IQ should certainly help
