is there a difference between measuring between the cheekbones and zygomatic?

I am genuinelyconfused rn because when i measure my cheekbones they come out to 5.5 but but when i measure zygomatic (closer towards my ears) the measurements are different. So do i measure from where the blue or red dot is?

NEED HELP ASAP PLEASE!!!

your cheek bone is your zygomatic bone. Your zygomatic arch/process is the red thing you are thinking of. As for measurements, why the fuck are you measuring them?

I heard from the post that you want your shoulder width to be 4x your bizygomatic but i wasnt sure what bone he was referring to. would you know what bone he was referring to??? the zygomatic bone or zygo arch bone?
