I need a full idiot proof guide on when to eat what and what supplements to take because with all this half bullshitting, half eating clean, I still have shit skin and bloat and still look like shit. I need a guide on when to consume vitamin C, on empty stomach, on full stomach, before bed etc. What to eat before training, when to eat before training etc.
I just want to max out in this diet area for optimal bulking/cutting and, more importantly, good, glowing skin.
