So, you put a ton of stress on your body, aging yourself and for what?

Like, does making these final two reps mean x3 muscle gain? Or is it just retarded low iq depressed losers propaganda to train till failure?

if you want to build muscle, you need to train until failure. It doesn't matter how many sets you do—there will be no muscle growth if you don't reach complete failure in at least one rep.

To give your muscles a reason to adapt and grow.

Muscle grows when it is under tension, thats why when you dont workout your muscles shrink. They dont need to be large and it tells your brain to shrink them (look this up if your jewish and dont believe)

Not exactly true. When you don't workout, your muscles stay the same size as long as you're maintaining your weight. If you stop training for 5 years, you will lose some muscle, but you'll never lose all the muscle you gained unless you go into starvation mode, or as some on here like to call it, leanmaxxing.

Haven’t worked out in a year, still haven’t lost a single muscle

Muscle loss is a jewish propaganda to keep gym addicts addicted and weak
